ParentPal Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

At ParentPal, your satisfaction is important to us. You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

1.1 Trial Period

ParentPal offers a 7-day trial (or 14 days for Early Access members) for ₹11.
If you cancel during this period, you won't be charged the monthly subscription fee.
Please note: The ₹11 trial fee is non-refundable.
Multiple trial sign-ups from the same user or device may be restricted and are not eligible for refunds.

1.2 Technical Issues

If you encounter persistent technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using ParentPal, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 5 business days, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, at our discretion.

1.3 Founder's Circle Membership

Founder's Circle memberships (₹499 one-time payment) are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if no benefits have been used.
After this period, or once any benefit has been accessed, the membership becomes non-refundable.


2. Refund Process

To request a refund, email us at support@iamparentpal.com with the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Email address associated with your account
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund request
  • Order or transaction ID (if available)

We will respond within 3 business days, and approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


3. Payment Provider Policies

Refunds processed via PhonePe or other payment gateways follow their respective timelines — typically 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment source.


4. Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that:

  • Do not meet the eligibility criteria above
  • Involve suspected abuse or fraudulent activity
  • Are made repeatedly by the same customer

In such cases, we may ask for further clarification before proceeding.


5. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. When we do, we'll revise the "Last Updated" date at the top. We encourage you to review this page regularly.
